1.1 Trademarks. The name ALT.radio, including the stylized form “ALT dot radio,” and the tagline Music. Off-Kilter. are trademarks and/or service marks owned exclusively by ALT.radio. All related logos, designs, graphics, and branding elements are proprietary to ALT.radio.

1.2 No Affiliation. ALT.radio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to any other entity using the name “AltRadio” or “ALT Radio,” including but not limited to iHeartRadio’s ALT Radio and AltRadio.org.

 

1.3 Copyright. All original content, including but not limited to audio recordings, playlists, station IDs, scripts, written materials, images, and design elements, is protected under applicable copyright laws and owned or licensed by ALT.radio. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public performance is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Use of Services

2.1 Permitted Use. ALT.radio is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may stream our broadcasts for personal enjoyment but may not record, rebroadcast, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the content without prior written consent.

2.2 Prohibited Use. You agree not to:

• Use our content for any commercial purpose without authorization.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

• Misrepresent your affiliation with ALT.radio.

• Use automated systems to extract or archive content from our streams or website.

 

2.3 No Rights Granted. Access to our Services does not transfer any ownership or licensing rights in our intellectual property to you.

3.1 Service Availability. ALT.radio is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, specific song availability, or future availability of programming.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georiga.
